Intelligent & Secure ticketing

Access Control
RFID wristbands Access Control functionality makes managing access to restricted areas simple and automated. Access priveleges can be assigned to individual wristbands that correspond to different areas within the venue.
This allows for acceess for a given group of guests to be restricted or limited in certain areas.
Storing the information inside the RFID chip allows the system to operate in a fully functional offline mode. This significantly reduces infrastructure costs by eliminating the need for network connectivity at controlled access points.
Upon approaching a restricted or limited area, the guest is required to scan his or her wristband for admittance. It provides positive verification and allows the operator to quickly see whether access should be granted and increases access security and efficiency while making the venue experience more convenient for the guest.
Clerk Log In / Employee Time Clock
Use the same Access Control functionality to identify staff and allow access to various areas within your venue. Integrate with your staff time and attendance software for clock in / out purposes and with your POS system for clerk log in to conduct transactions.
POS Integration
The system can be easily integrated into your current POS system, allowing for easy and quick transactions at the POS. In addition the clerk log in functionality can be set up to allow for verification via staff RFID tags.
Age Verification
RFID wristbands used for Age Verification allow for a patron's age to be written directly to the RFID Wristband and restricts the abilty of a minor to purchase alcohol or to use another patrons wristband.
This ensures that once a guest has been accurately identified as being over 18, only that guest will be able to purchase age restricted goods under that identity. This eliminates human errors that plague other age verification systems.
This convenient process improves the productivity of the venue staff, eliminates fraudulent activity and enables faster transactions. The system accomplishes this while at the same time reducing the venue’s liability.
Accurate Customer Data
Driving repeat attendance is a business goal shared throughout the leisure and entertainment industry. Understanding a guest’s purchasing habits allows venue management to streamline venue operations, providing a more efficient, easier purchasing experience for the guest.
Statistics such as: time of purchase, purchase amounts and purchase locations are logged each event day for each account holder’s wristband. Depending on state regulations, demographic information may also be collected at wristband signup and activation. This data is used to help drive repeat attendance, improve onsite sales and improve the overall guest experience.
