RAMP can integrate an RFID system (13.56Mhz) into your exisiting POS system for loyalty and cashless purchasing applications. If your POS system does not have the required functionality, we have a perfect "stand alone" system, TAP, that we can integrate into your operations.

How does it work?
Customers are given a fully branded loyalty or gift card or keyfob. The card contains a unique identifier which is linked to an existing loyalty / gift card program database, or our stand alone system, TAP.
The inbuilt security capabilities in RFID standards make it the perfect solution for cashless purchasing. Cards cannot be copied or duplicated, meaning funds are more secure than a credit or debit card!
Cash can then be added to the account or an amount can be pre-authorised on a credit card for use at self service terminals or express POS lines.

Why should I use RFID cards rather than a barcode or Magnetic stripe card?
- An RFID card works without moving parts. There is no magnetic strip to get damaged or become unreadable.
- Secure - as referred to above. Cannot simply copy the data
- Can use RFID cards for multiple applications - including access control
- Very quick read write speeds
- Can print on the entire card, front and back - better branding opportunities
- Customer does not have to remove card from wallet
- Can write data back to the RFID card.
